I'm still waiting to here back from Susana why does it take so long...I want the trio to play at the rehearsal dinner instead of the wedding but she doesn't answer my e-mails also did you book the DJ ? I wanted to hear a sample or see. video if possible of the DJ. :confused:

natalie, they charge the $500 as a location fee to reserve the entire rooftop for your party.  It's sorta lame but we paid that and they were really good about keeping the riff raff out.  I don't remember it ever getting super crowded any of the nights out there and it's so huge that our welcome cocktails party of 40some people only took up about 1/2 of the space.  It's up to you if you want to pay for the privacy.  

 

Also, the children's show was going on during our welcome cocktail party and the noise was not that loud of obtrusive at all.  In fact, it was sorta nice background noise.  That was something we were worried about until we were actually there.

Finally got my confirmation from Susana!!! So excited!!! It's set for Nov 2nd at 5pm on the chillout rooftop! So it's in 4 months and I will take as many pics as possible and promise to get as much info as possible since you ladies have been so amazingly helpful.

hi ladies!!

 

recently decided that I want to have my wedding at this amazing resort!  I was originally looking into dreams, but the rates seemed to be more affordable here and I got recommendation from my TA...

 

I am trying to reserve my day there but not exactly sure where to start, I have emailed, but like many, I don't get replies right away, she sent me the reservation form, but I don't know if anything else is required to try to save the day...

 

down payment?

do our rooms or stay need to be booked?

or do i just submit that form and wait for them to get back to me?
