Just a question though; Is it still considered against the rules if a member is volunteering to email their attachments/templates and then you subsequently take them up on their offer? Some people just don't know how to post things on the forum but are comfortable with email. I have only ever requested the email if they have offered to do it first and even then, I ask them if they would like to post it on the forum. Usually, the response I get is that they don't know how.

It's discouraged for them to offer to do that. There are so many helpful threads that teach how to do things on the forum, if they want to participate it wouldn't be hard for them to do a search and find the answers to whatever "how to" is confusing to them. Also, every one of us mods is always more then willing to help a confused member learn how to do what they can't figure out.

The reason we have these limits set is to encourage participation on the forum. You get what you give, kinda thing. If one person doesn't take the time to learn how to post an attachment and offers to email, they may email to our regular incredible members, but they also may email it to people that come to download the templates and never participate. Plus, I'd have to question how great the template is if they can't even figure out how to attach a file here.

Well it is not just templates we are talking about, it is anything from a sample menu they received from a WC to an inspiration picture they found on the internet, but as long as I don't get in trouble for requesting attachments when it was previously volunteered by the requestee, I am okay.

I was able to successfully do the image in powerpoint and save it as a jpg, but when I open it up there is a black edging around it (outside the border of my actual image) - it is because Powerpoint selected a slightly wider border for my image than it actually is. Any ideas on how to get rid of this?
