I had to negotiate with store managers because they are not on sale in the store anymore.  But, if you explain that they are $1 online and that the website says they are available in store - you shouldn't have a problem or at least I didn't.  Let me know.

Yes, it's my understanding that you can use them at any store where they are sold, but Walgreens was the only store that I saw that was selling them for $1 each.
