SPECIAL OFFER for Brides and Brides-to-be! Email info@bulgingbride for $35 off your Bulge Buster Meal Plan!

The Bulge Buster Meal Plan is your best nutrition and weight loss tool for rapidly dropping (at least) 8 pounds and feeling comfortable in that dress! The success reported by hundreds of women who have followed the Bulge Buster for just two weeks, is exciting and inspiring. Average weight loss is 8-12 pounds in two weeks and even more when the plan is repeated.

Fat loss is the Bulge Buster's key focus but the significant transformation in eating habits that so many women have achieved with this meal plan is just as important. Within days, you'll learn to interpret your body's signals, which essentially means you'll be able to make smarter decisions around food and nutrition. We eat when we're bored, stressed, angry, tired, and even full. You can stop this self-destructive behaviour and it doesn't have to be difficult! Your basic instincts are activated just by sticking to the plan and following a few simple rules.

This meal plan is designed based on your individual, unique food choices, so you know you'll be eating what you enjoy. Proteins and carbohydrates are combined in a way that speeds up your metabolism and eats away at your fat stores. The Bulge Buster works and you won't need to starve yourself to get these amazing results either!

For more information on the Bulge Buster, or to download a sample plan, go to my website at www.nadeenboman.com. Yeah really surprised at this rule?  The last ten pounds and bulging brides is all about exercise AND diet, so why limit exercise??
