Ok, I am having a hard time keeping up with all of the requests for templates. Like I had mentioned a few months ago to those of you who PM'ed me, I have misplaced the actual files (on a zip drive somewhere, I need to find it!!) but here is a generic template.

I just bought a package of the raffia at Hobby Lobby. I did not use much at all. A small package would be fine.
