So I thought I'd start a new thread to find the best places to eat in Cancun.  This can sort of be our yelp/no reservations/chowhound. I'm getting married at Moon Palace and I have a few guests staying off the resort so please make some recommendations of places we can get some authentic food that's safe without getting sick.
