Need help booking my wedding in Cabo!!!!

We are planning for a Feb. 2012 wedding in Cabo.  I am pretty sure we want to do Dreams.  I have never been there, and I will not be going before hand.  So I am booking this with huge faith that everything will run smoothly.  I am planning on a small ceremony, less than 10 or so.  I am on a tight budget, but I really want a good photographer.  Any one know of a good one that I can get just for an hour or 2 and is reasonably inexpensive

Also, we will be booking the complimentary wedding package, i think its paradise? But do we have to pay extra if we just want our few friends to hang out somewhere together after the ceremony?  I figured since it was all inclusive, we could just hang at a rest. or bar and it would be free?  Is that wrong?

Any help would be great!  Thanks guys!  And I would love to see some pics!
