Possible wedding favor issue, any suggestions

I may be looking too deep into this but I'm concerened about my favors! I bought lottery scratchers as my wedding favors and was hoping to have them at the place setting of each guest. But then I realized there is no lottery or gambling in HI. I'm starting to think they'll be confiscated at the airport if found, or worse arrested for gambling! They're California lottery scrathers .

 

Am I freaking out for no reason or does anyone know if this is allowed?

I would now delete this post if I could...but just incase you were wondering too, its not a problem at all. I was mostly concerned about the airport, but all the answers I received back said no laws would be broken. Pretty much as long as you're not dealing them or selling them out of your house there's nothing to worry about!
