DIY Welcome Books...Plastic covers at Michaels!

Hello Everyone!  I have been looking for a way to start my Welcome books... I went to Michael's today, and found they have small 2010 - 2012 calendar planners for normally $1....They are about 6" x 7 1/2" when you lay them flat and 6" x 3 3/4" when you fold them like a book.  Anyway, the planners have a clear plastic book cover that would be a perfect cover for the welcome books!  I was lucky enough to find today that they were 50% off, and only 50 cents a piece!!!!

 

I live in Minnesota, so it's possible this deal isn't everywhere.  But, in the off chance that they are, you should go check it out!  You never know?!?!

 

I don't know what I'm going to do with 24 planners once I take them out of the clear plastic covers, but I'm really excited about the find!
