Skipping the ring pillow and instead....

Recommended Posts

My nephew has known FI since he was born and now is 9...his uncle's everything to him.  Initial thought was he was too old to be a ring bearer (not sure really what the age cut off is) and didn't forsee him carrying a pillow....instead i made "ring shell" :)

This is such a great idea!!! I am planning my destination wedding right now and it will take place in Turks and Caicos. Over the past 5 years, my fiance and I have gone there on vacation and have collected conch shells and brought them back every time. Using you idea, I am going to use the largest conch we have to create a similar "pillow" for the ring bearer. Thanks so much for the great idea.

your welcome! it makes it so much more personal! my only recommendation is make sure the pin you are using to hold the rings to the shell is easy to undo! i had a little trial and error.
