aylee designs monogram help

Has anyone ordered a monogram from aylee design? I am trying to order a logo/monogram but when I am filling out the request form and it asks for the colors from the color chart I am not able to open the color chart so therefor I am unable to completely fill in the form and it will not let me submit it. Has anyone else had this problem?

I just tried it.. I had to open it in another window for some reason. Try that if not, make sure you are able to view PDF's (adobe).

yep, i'm able to use adobe with other things np, but with this it said that the file is damaged so I sent aylee an email. I'll see what they say. thanks

that's so weird.. I just tried it and it opened for me.

I'm not sure what the problem was before but I finally got it to open....thanks girls...my monogram should be here in 10-15 days. Can't wait!!! Then I can get started with my OOT bags....now I got to figure out how I get the logo on there...oh my
