I got engaged on 8/11/10  =)

 

I was the same exact way...I didn't care where it was as long as it was in the Caribbean and had that beautiful turquoise water behind me. 

 

I decided on a Palace Resort.  Check them out...they have 4 resorts in Cancun I believe and many others in the area.  You can use the facilities at any of the resorts which is a nice option.  They also have a great promo with vacation dollars right now.
