Mine surprised me, I went to work one day while he was off, and I came home and he had filled in all his blank spots on the list! There was like 20 of them.   STD look great!

Maygan, the envelope was also using the Aylee Bits template - she has 2 different ones that show how to cut and fold.  So I just used that and inserted the compass and wording.  I had to practice a bit with the slit for the inserts and finally decided it only needed to be one line instead of an actual cutout.  I used Scotch wrinkle free glue stick (bought at Target) to glue it together.  I tried another adhesive brand but found it puckered too much.  The envelope was regular colored paper but you should definitely use card stock for the boarding pass.  I did all the printing at work so I've been fortunate on that front.

Good luck with yours!

In the next few days I'm going to start on my passport invites.  I'm a little nervous about that one.
