not a dumb question at all!! I printed them on cardstock paper and folded them in half.  ( i printed two on each page of cardstock) and then stapled the corners.  I work on a MAC but PM your email and i will try and send you a template you can use.

I did all the printing for the inside materials through vista.  I got the biohazard bags from a friend who's a nurse at a hospital.  Im sure if you asked you'd be able to score some.  I created the header for the bags (im a graphic designer so i do have a little bit of a leg up)  i offered another gal a template so if your interested let me know and i can send you one.  I work on a MAC but i'm sure you'd be able to use it in PDF.  PM your email address to me

a lot of people are asking about the bio hazard bags.

i got them from a gf who's a nurse...

i think a hospital might give them to you if you asked (after looking at you like you were crazy!)

or ask your doctor??

 

I DO have some left over and am willing to give them up-first come first serve.
