Hair and Makeup - Besides Fernando

Did anyone have to buy a guest pass to have the makeup team come to your room if you stayed @ a Palace resort? Thanks ladies!

Thanks eveyone for you post this is all great info. And I am also planning a wedding at a palace resort so it would be great to know if we need a guest pass for the hair/makeup artist.

I got married at Aventura palace and had to get a day pass for the photographer and hair and make up.  For me it was totally worth it because I loved both my photos and makeup/hair.

That is correct - you have to get day passes at all of the Palace resorts for your vendors.

Did you travel to any of the other Palace Resorts while you were down there? I was curios of the distance betweeen Aventura and Moon Palace.

Yea we went to Playacar and Xpu-ha but not the moon. My parents have been there before though and they enjoyed it. Aventura has a Mexican vibe with the decor and I think the moon is more "resort" feeling, if that makes sense.

Yeah I get what you are saying. I don't mind the resort feel and I think the Moon will have a lot of stuff for my guest to do. Was there a lot to do at Aventura?

Yep! They had shows every night, snorkeling, kayaking, a monkey tour, water stuff like volleyball, I think they had salsa lessons too. Lots to do, I hit up the beach and spa mostly!
