It's been 11 months and no video and no responses to email now either. They are 3 months late and the last email promised me feb 15. Anybody know if I can request a refund through PayPal?

Just wanting to give a little update since this last posting. We did receive our wedding video and it was just incredible. It was a carefully woven story of our day and even had special little features like a blooper reel at the end. It was just amazing.  I almost felt funny showing some of my friends the video because it's THAT good and i didn't want them to feel badly about their own videos! Truly spectacular and well worth the wait. I would definitely recommend using mediamorfis.

I just wanted to say that i did get my video and it was fantastic! I would definitely book them but be prepared to wait a little for the video. I promise that it's well worth the wait. They really do an incredible job - it's not like any other wedding video that i've ever seen.

It's been a year and still no video

Us too. Married March 28,2012 and now they won't even respond to emails. We spent thousands of dollars to capture our day and feel that they have taken advantage of us. They had quoted 6-8 months and kept promising us "soon" and every email was telling us another 2 weeks. The last email I have from them is from January.

Our wedding was on 11/11/11. Still no video. They responded to the first few emails I sent saying they work working on it and would send it soon. That was months ago now. Last few emails I've sent they never responded to.

I received an email from Christian this morning saying he was editing sound from our wedding due to some fountain noise and would send it next week.  Has anyone received their videos? I don't want to think negatively because I really enjoyed them and love their work, I just really want my video.  We are celebrating our 1 year anniversary June 8th

I am still awaiting my wedding video also. It is been 10 months since our wedding and we are fast approaching a year. Do you have yours yet? Another bride contacted me not too long ago saying she was still awaiting her video too. This is only so disappointing.
