I have just started looking into Cancun as well.  I am currently in between Cancun Palace and Sun Palace.  I love the chic/modern decor. Trip Advisor has some really good traveler shots, so make sure you check them out.  Good luck and thank you sweetthang for the info.  Do you have any pics to share from your trip?
