Hello - I am in the first stages of researching venues, mainly gardens or haciendas, for our October 2011 wedding in Guadalajara.  We recently changed our location to Mexico, and being from there it seemed perfect!  Anybody have any information on any Haciendas or gardens?  Any information is appreciated :)

There is a place it sounds like outside of Guadalajara called Hacienda el Carmen.
