Hi Everyone!!! My name is Jamy (pronounced "Jamie") and I'm getting married next year July 30, 2010 at the Majestic Colonial Punta Cana.  I'm so happy to have found this website.  There are so many great ideas and information.  I thought a destination wedding would be not stressful at all, but  I quickly realized there's so much to plan.  Time is flying by and the big day will be here in no time.  Thanks to all the brides for sharing their experiences on this website!

welcome to the forum! i am also getting married in punta cana, at the resort right next to yours, Gran Bahia. July 8 2011.

you will find soooooo much stuff on here it might become overwhelming. just stick to what you want to do, and it wont be stressful at all. So many ideas can be thrown at you here that you start to 2nd guess your self, lol. but this place is great!
