i think the wedding on saturday will be ok... maybe not a sunny day, but not so bad.. hopefully... BUT as things look now, don't know about the wedding on tuesday... if the hurricane keeps the track it's showing, it will hit playa monday afternoon...

 

I think he will take a desition on what to do on sunday...

On another note, I feel bad for the Tuesday bride & groom! What do you do if something like this happens? Do you get a "re-do"? (lol)

yeah, this is a situation....8/21 wedding: I am going to be here for my clients and I think that the resort Gran Bahia Principe Coba will pretty much do anything to have the wedding...

This kinda sucks BUT, one or two days of activity can drastically change the path of a storm like this, we shall see.

Holbox is not the kind of place I would want to be in a Hurricane. Just make sure he knows the directions for how to drive to Merida from there if he has to evacuate.

My prayers go out to every destination involved..I am worried sick about Jamaica and its people, yesterday,it was in direct hit of Dean but today its kinda moved south to hit the south side..I am travelling exactly 2 weeks from today, although Dean will be done, I worry about damages to all the islands involved~

 

My wells wishes go out to all the people that have no-where to run that they may be safe and sound with no damage to the people and their beautiful land~

I'm leaving there on Sunday, headed to the airport. we will have chances to get out early... if it is necessary!

Very good Matt! I just read on another forum that evacuations are already beginning in the Riviera Maya at some hotels, condos and guest houses. Better safe than sorry.
