Anyone using Destination Weddings.com - Travel Planners

Hi Everyone!!

 

I'm getting married at The Royal PDC on June 16, 2011!! Has anyone been Andrea? Granted it's still some time away but it hasn't been easy getting a hold of her.

 

I'm using a travel planner through destination weddings.com. Is anyone else using them? I received a contract about the group room rates and how to reserve that rate. I nearly had a heart attack from what I read. It almost sounded as if I had to put down a dep for 20 rooms at price of $200 = $4k out of my pocket!! Then it says as long as I can get people to sign then I won't be charged and I had 30 days from when I sign & date it?!!!

 

I have a meeting with my planner this weekend to discuss but I really would appreciate feedback bc there this does not sound right.
