There are some people on her who did them DIY and there are a few vendors on here who design them as well.  They are pretty cool.

They are like a multi page invitation that looks like a passport, it has the wedding information, travel info, hotel info, things to do in the area, weather, things to pact, etc... you can find templates on this site or Ayleebits.com has an awesome $10 template you can buy. if you search on here for passport invites you'll get some many threads with great info, ideas & pics.
