My fiancee and I are getting married on December 9, 2010, in the Mayan Riviera at the Barcelo Palace. Looking forward to hearing from you and offering any help that I can be of to others. Welcome! The Barcelo Palace is stunning. FI and I visited there in April as a possible venue for our wedding. It didn't quite fit for us, but I have a few pictures of possible wedding ceremony sites if you're interested. Personally I loved the small point, looking over the ocean,  under the palm trees, but the site only fits for up to 25 people. Best of luck with your planning!

Okay so here are the pictures I have from our site visit in April.This first one is the adult pool.Outdoor reception venue...just setting up.Wedding Gazebo. Up by the buildings, over looking the ocean.My favorite spot. Little secluded cape under the palm trees looking over the water. But they could only fit a maximum of 20/25 people.Indoor ballroom venue....just in case of weather.One of the pools.The beach. The Palace is right at the end....and you can see the other sister resorts towards the right. The little wedding spot would be to the left of this picture.
