I see there are many other threads on this but they are very old, so I apologize if this had been discussed to death. We will be using wedo, but who do you get to notorize the single affividavid??

Anyone who is a notary public can do this for you. It's usually a lawyer, but there are non-lawyers who are notaries too. If you don't personally know anyone, you can use a service like http://www.redsealnotary.com/.
