I've thought of drinking it straight before, but I've read that it's not recommended at all because the acid will burn your throat. You have to add a couple teaspoons to 8 fl. oz. of water to dilute it. Cooking with it will not work and adding it to a salad loses it's effect because you're supposed to drink the ACV 'before' you eat.

Is it ok to take a picture of myself in the mirror?  My fiance and I work opposite shifts so it's very likely I won't be able to have him take my pic before tomorrows deadline.

Yes, mirror pictures are just fine. Just be careful with the flash, so it can show clearly.
