Congrats! For your trips to NYC and Vegas, I'd definitely fly out of Buffalo - super cheap! But I've never had any luck finding flights to all inclusive resorts out of Buffalo. For this you'd probably want to fly out of Toronto.

Moon Palace is a GREAT choice. I love all the Palace Resorts. You'll find their staff to be really great to work with for weddings. Often times when you book the hotel and flights together as one package you can get a better deal. Like someone mentioned above it can help to deal with someone who works exclusively with destination weddings. I work a lot with Palace Resorts and known their representative in Toronto well so if you have any questions during your planning process feel free to ask me.
