Wow what a fantascis section! i have been struggling with WW on my own (with out going to classes) and this is a great help!

 

i'm hoping to lose about 2 stone for my wedding in July and 1st September will be day 1 of my offical ww diet (starting in September cause i'm going on holiday in 3 days lol)

 

I did lose about 1.5 stones on ww a few years ago but it's all crept back on so my wedding is a kick up the backside to start on it again!

 

OMG I can't believe i'm talking about my wedding lol hehe

I also need to get my butt back on WW. I lost 20 lbs doing it last year, so I know I can do it, but with 2 months left before my wedding, I am having a hard time. So, I could use some motivation.

Julie I'm the same way, I really want to lose before the wedding but its coming soooo fast! I weighed myself today and lost 3 lbs., now lets see if I can lose a few more this week, that will be an accomplishment!

I wish!!! I am not doing well. I did so good all day, but then I got home and had to make cupcakes for a girl at work, and of course I ate 2. It really sucks. I have no idea why I can't stop eating right now. I swear the working out is making me want to eat more.

I got home and FI wanted to go for chinese food and mai tai's, so I didn't work out either, its awful, if my wedding can't motivate me, what else possibly can!

I know, its so sad. Ahhhhh, I don't know what to do now. lol How much is lipo? lol
