Maybe every 6 months?  The first time I saw it was August, and now there is another one in January.  I'm not sure if it is valid outside the US?

Hi Ladies - thanks so much for all of the insight and heads up on the coupons!  I collected about 8 or 9 of the $1.50 off two J&J products.  I wanted to let you all know there was a coupon in the paper this weekend.  You could probably find it on redplum.com as well.  It reads "SAVE $1.00 on any 2 J&J RED CROSS brand products."  It is on the same page as a Bengay coupone and a Ragu ad/coupon.  I've been stocking up on the first aid kits from Targe which are originally $0.97.  At least with this coupon it is like they are BOGO.  Good luck!
