Hello!

My fiance and I are getting married down in Mexico this Nov. Since we've just picked and booked a date, we're just starting to send out invites now and having a lot of issues trying to word it properly.

What we want it to say is basically is invites them down to Mexico with us, but at the same time if that won't work will invite them to the reception we're holding in our hometown. Any templates or suggestions or even a pic of yours would be great!

Should we include travel info in the original invite?

Sorry if I didn't notice a thread on this already, and thanks for your help!

Hello,

We put a little "flyer" type of thing in with the invite that had all the travel agent's info.  The at the bottom we put:

"We understand that not everyone will be able to make it, but the fun doesn't stop here.  Local reception planned for early 2011, details to follow"

Hope that helps
