Our wedding is on April 18th. The planning is going ok. We are a pretty small group, about 12 people. I am getting anxious over the details though! Are u guys using their photography company? I'm pretty sure we are since the vendor fee is another added expense....

As of right now, I dont have any plans on hiring the resort photographer. My friend will be doing my photos HOWEVER, he has not booked his flight/stay yet so that makes me nervous. We'll have to wait and see...

 

Yes, the vendor fee is over $300 to use some else other than Funever Photos.

Our wedding is April 12!  Just before you! 

 

My fiancé and I are both very particular about photography.... as we both take photos ourselves. We are flying down our photographers and they are taking photos in exchange for the vacation. Certainly a big expense, but we trust that our photos will be amazing and avoid paying the outside vendor fee since they will be staying at the resort.

wow krysta! that is right  before! how exciting! are you also having your ceremony on the beach? are you bringing any diy decorations?

We want to bring our own centrepieces... I've made them and everything, we just aren't sure about transport. Other than that, we will be bringing chair ties and favours and that's all. What about you? 

 

Our airline charges after the first bag, so it's tough! I'm hoping to take all of my younger brother's suitcase space... they are teenagers, what do they really need to bring besides shorts?  Haha.

i Just started working on center piece ideas this weekend, i have no idea about bringing them but im sure where there's a will there's a way! what did you make for yours? The only other thing we are really bringing is the wedding favors. Have you had to send in all of your final details yet?

Final details and payment are due Saturday! Yikes!! Crunch time. Haha. I've been so disorganized.
