I guess I could have posted this dress. (just thought about it as I started to gather things today and start packing)

 

Since our wedding is at 11am in the morning, once it is over, we will be having a mini-cocktail reception from 12-1:30pm. Of course I won't e wearing my wedding dress to dinner later that night but I still wanted to wear white so I also purchased this dress from Venus.com.

I'm thinking about wearing this for my rehearsal dinner - it is so light and airy and the colours are vibrant, the picture does not do it justice! It's a Jessica Simpson Twist Maxi dress

Mlite83, that's beautiful, very beachy.

I found the one below over the weekend and ordered it to try on. It's on sale from Trina Turk, and has a very "Mexico" look I think and would be quite comfortable.

I wore this strapless Calvin Klein dress with a blue ribbon as a belt. I had initially wanted a similar "rosette" texture to my wedding dress, but decided against it, so I was so excited when I found this dress for the rehearsal dinner!

I actually found it at Winners (so it was a steal of a deal) -- but I don't think you have Winners in the States   Try searching for it, I did see it listed at a few different retailers (ie Zappos, 6pm).  It's called the "Twist Bust Maxi Dress" and comes in these colours or a more muted green/grey/black combo. 

 

Good luck - I love how comfy and flowy it is!  Will be super easy to dress up or down.
