I know it takes time and persistence to loose weight. I know it didn't seem this hard gaining the weight.

 

But with the stress of the wedding, moving, job and more....I would LOVE to see a little extra room in one of my outfits for encouragement and motivation. Just one of those days I need a little something to keep me moving.

ON the good note met with personal trainer today, had a good workout however today's workout confirms I gotta get moving.
