So my first blog today was more of a blog after the fact cos I went away for the week after and didnt think about posting to my blog then! I kind of want it to be a reminder for me to look back on as to how I felt after my first dress shopping trip....here is the reality today.

 

Just after my dress scouting trip we went to the Lakes for a couple of days and I met a lovely woman named Val, a good friend of Davids (FI) step-mum who it turns out is a wedding dress seamstress. She really reassured me that she would be able to work her magic on my Landybridal dress, whichever style I choose so it will fit like a glove. Yeah! She also offered to take me to her wholesalers for swarvoski crystals, beading, lace accessories etc...result.

 

When I got home this week I also found tons of info and invaluable advice left for me on the forum and the usual kindness and support we lucky BDW brides are blessed with.
