So, I finally plucked up the courage to go dress shopping on 23rd May and as lovely as it was and as understanding, patient and kind my sister was with me... it sucked!

 

I tried on about 25 dresses, none were "The One" none of the type, shape or material I thought I wanted suited me and the ones that did made me look a million dollars but feel like I was trying to salsa in a straightjacket!

 

I know its not the end of the world, I really should be looking forward to more lovely days out with my sister, lots of ooohing and cooing, but I really, really hope that next time out I see my dress. The actual dress. The "I have to have it".... here's hoping.
