OK- So my sister is my US WC. She found a great website on ebay that sold custom made wedding dresses. I searched the page and found a gorgeous dress that I liked. But what I LOVED was the price. $99. I ordered the dress and was told there would be a slight delay due to the Chinese New Year... oh BTW, the dresses are MADE IN CHINA... OK I thought!!! It seems reputable but now my departure date is 23 days away and I still haven't received the dress. YIKES!!
