E's birthday was last week and for a very brief moment I was inspired to be a creative baker. Here are some shots of his iPHone cake -- I almost wish I had held out and made it as his grooms cake.

Eek, sorry I haven't responded to anyone, I forgot about this post.

 

Heather -- the buttons are made out of marizipan (sp?). It's like playdoh and you can roll it out to create anything you want. It comes white and you use food coloring to create the colors you want. It took ages!!

 

Thanks petal and Josh -- about half way through I wish I had been so much less creative and just gone to the store for a cake! Sometimes my imagination outweighs my actual skill!
