My brother & SIL are going to be the death of me--Vol. 2

Wow, so I'm not going to have to worry about them missing the ceremony anymore. They split up!

Their 7 MONTH anniversary was June 9th, and yeah, they didn't make it to that. Apparently she left him, because of his drinking. D'uh. (I won't go into detail & bore you all, but in December I had a falling out with my brother because of his drinking & I finally refused to enable his behavior any longer....we used to be super-close & this happened the week before Christmas....we all spent Christmas apart....it sucked. We're civil now, but I refuse to have that same relationship with him until he finally chooses to stop this crap) I'm not defending the man by any means, but it amazes me how in denial she was. He was the same drunk asshole before the wedding. She enabled his behavior! And now it's an issue. Mind you, if I were her, I never would have married him in the first place. Anyhoo, they are both too stubborn to even discuss it. It's crazy. From what I'm seeing, both of them just need to be right (have the last word) & neither will listen to the others needs. Anyway, I guess this means he's coming to the wedding alone now & since there are no flights from AZ landing at 7am in Maui, he'll have to come the day before.
