thanks ladies, problem solved! called my dad last night and offered to pay the difference, turns out its not a money thing - just like i thought - but more of a misunderstanding on his girlfriends part. anyways, all it good. and for the record, of course i appreciate the fact that my dad is coming to the wedding, i guess you need to understand our family dynamics.
