OMG No! You are being totally reasonable- do you have any crafty friends or relatives that might be able to help you paint some color on them? And what is this about a realtouch bouquet? I have never even heard of it...

 

Little did that website know when they sent you such a different thing than you asked for that they would be getting such negative press. Good for you for posting this- they should have done it right the first time! (I'm in marketing, can't you tell?lol)
