Is There Another Company Besides Wedo?

Did anyone use Wedo to get their documents translated and legalized? On their website it doesn't list anything about the cost to have the services done, so I don't know how much money we would need to send them.

 

I've tried to call numerous times, but no one ever answers the phone. There's just a message to leave your name and number and they'll call you back. They've never called me back from any of my messages. This company seems to be the one everyone uses and recommends, but I'm having a hard time finding myself comfortable sending off our personal information to a company that can't even return phone calls to give you information (when you've clearly stated in your messages that you want to use their business). I keep thinking, "Even if I do ever get a hold of them, can I trust them to get the job done, and in the right way without compromising our information?"

 

Did anyone else have this sort of problem with Wedo? How much did it cost to get your documents translated and legalized? Am I just being dumb and overlooking where the price is listed on the website?

 

Or, given my current frustration level.........Is there better company to use than Wedo?

Definitely read through the threads, but also, they respond better to email (cheaper!). I used them and they were great, so don't worry about their reliability.

I used them and they were great. I did everything through e-mail and always received a quick response. I had my papers back within a week of sending them. I was impressed.

I used them as well & I received the paper work back in about a week. i ended up paying 350.00 for their services because i was married once before & that required extra paper work. I am searching this site to see WHEN i will receive my marriage license though We got married on May 28 2010 & i was told the marriage license would be mailed to me with in 5 weeks...im worried because i havent received them. Any one know how long this takes?

I know you replied to this thread a while back, but I just wanted to touch base with you because I too was married before.  I contacted the Dominican Consulate in Los Angeles directly and was told they charge $135 to legalize/translate my birth certificate (and I need to contact the State of Illinois prior to get an apostle attached first), $75 for my FI's birth certificate that first needs to be stamped by the Russian consulate (although he's an American citizen, he was born there), then $120 per single status affidavit and then $135 for up to 3 pages of my divorce decree (I'm assuming they only need the first page since that's all the Passport office needed to change my name back) totaling $535.  Are you saying for all your stuff (including the divorce decree) it was only $350?  I'm confused as I assumed going directly to the consulate would save money...any info would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
