White Table during Ceremony?

Recommended Posts

What is the point of the white table that I see in most beach wedding pictures? The one in front of the bride and groom....

I can see if you are doing a sand ceremony or if you want to put some sort of decoration on it but other than that do you have to have one?

What am I missing?

It is usually where you sign the marriage certificate. You both sign and your witnesses sign.

Very close to Pepper Pike. I work (I feel like I am there more than I am at home) just a couple exits over in Mayfield and live a few more exits down around Mentor.

Very small world!

Which Dreams reasort are you getting married at? I think we are going to do Dreams Tulum next November but I love to change my mind daily!

well that's a good question you pose. i didn't have any ceremonies that required a table, no unity candle, etc. i did set my flowers on it when we did the rings and the hand blessing, but i could have just as easlily handed them to my mom. i actually just went back to my pics to see what else was on the table. i guess the minister used it to set his stuff on, and there were flowers on it.
