I absolutely LOVE this idea!! I've never seen it at any other wedding I've been to before!  I wasn't even planning on doing a guest book simply for the reason that we don't care for one nor do we think we'd look back at what everyone wrote, but if I did do one it would be this!!  *Vistaprint can be used to put the 'instructions' on one side and the guest notes on the back!!
