Our ceremony was at the Sheraton Hacienda del Mar Chapel and our reception was at Cabo del Sol Clubhouse...both venues are within the same community.  We didn't take pictures near Land's End....our TTD pictures were taken at a public beach about 10 minutes from the Sheraton.  But I'm positive there is a way to get to Land's end for a photo session.
