Hi Ladies! I am new to the boards but am currently planning my wedding for July 2011. We are thinking about going to Excellence playa mujeres for our honeymoon and have read many wonderful things about it on this board. I just have a few questions--

We would be going mid/end July- has anyone been to the resort at that time? I know it will be hot but was the weather overall ok? Was it extremely crowded?

 

Also, we were looking into the rooftop terrace rooms (but not the excellence club). Any suggestions? If you had a rooftop terrace was it worth it? was it private? We cant afford any rooms that would be more expensive (i.e. excellence club) but any suggestions on what type of room to reserve would be so helpful.
