Hello,

 

Like everyone else on this forum I'm forced to introduce mysef. cheer2.gif I don't have a wedding date yet. Thinking Spring 2011! And I'm pretty set on Moon Palace. Although I did see someone have a Gran Caribe wedding and it was gorgeous. I love the gazebo outdoor wedding with the ocean in the background. Any other places in Mexico that you can help me with?

Welcome to BDW! I did a lot of research and fell for Riviera Maya south of Cancun. The area is north of Playa del Carmen and just 30 mins. south of Cancun. Playa still offers a party atmosphere for those who want it, but it's less touristy than Cancun. Regardless, it's all beautiful, and I've heard great things about the Moon Palace. Happy planning!

Thanks guys! I fell in love with Gran Caribe chapel. But doing research on other forums it said I have to be catholic :-( ! I guess that location is out. I want a nice gazebo overlooking the ocean. I saw one at Gran Caribe but the wood on the gazebo it turning me off. Any other places guys?
