I agree...I think it is just a way to get more money out of you. Even if you book only one night..it is still cheaper than their Dj. I believe we have the same coordinator...e-mail her and se what she says.

yeah it's been an email war at thsi point... and it's true, it'll still be cheaper and maybe i just have to suck it up

I've been wondering about renting the equipment as well.  One of my guests is a DJ but of course he's not going to bring all his equipment. I need to find out if its the same price if i don't need the DJ but just a set up of the equipment.
