Toronto newbie now jade riviera wedding

I am new to this site after browsing it for a while. I am getting married April 26th 2011 at the Now Jade Riviera and was thinking of a starfish themed wedding. Any ideas? Anyone have any negotiating ideas for the resort

Hi Lisa. Welcome and good luck on your wedding planning. I live in Toronto as well, and I think the most important part of getting a good deal for the resort is finding a great Travel Agent who knows how to do that. My FI and I found a TA who deals only with Destination Weddings and they have been amazing at getting us those extra perks and a great price for our guests. Not sure if I can post the name in the forum, so if you want the travel agency name, just PM and I will send along the info.
