how many guests at your wedding?

we had 42 including us, in mexico. we didn't do a group rate quote, and our guests picked their own travel dates. which means we had people showing up everyday we we were there. worked out great for us cuz we had time to spend with new people everyday leading up to the wedding.

We have 8 guests so far plus FI and I. All family. Thank GOD everyone loves to hang out together.

We had 22 including the bride and groom. We'd invited 49. It was absolutely perfect!

We had an intimate group of 10 guests, plus my husband and I....it was the perfect number for us, as we felt like we were able to spend more quality time with our guests than if we had had a much larger group.

 

Actually, since it was such a busy week, and Sandals Grande Ocho Rios is so large, we ended up feeling like we didn't have ENOUGH time to spend with some of the guests! Another benefit to having a smaller group is that we were able to do a much more elaborate OOT/Welcome bag for each of them within our budget -- everyone said they really could feel how much we appreciated having them there.

 

And for the friends and family that couldn't attend in Jamaica, we are having a full-scale AHR/local reception in August. We are anticipating between 80-100 people, so we will still get to share in a celebration with them as well!

We invited 75 people but expect 50-60 guests with about 20 already booked.

We are at 30 guests including us after 30 days of sending out the info. I'm expecting we'll end up at 40 people or so. :-)

I think that we'll be inviting 30-35 and probably end up with a group of 15-20. The intimate small group is perfect for us!

We have 58 ppl booked right now, including us, but expecting closer to 80 by the time the big day hits.
