We have 60 people coming with us!

We have 30 that booked through our TA and 14 that are going through there own TA. We have way more people then we expected!! Super Excited!!

We only have 4 guests, my parents, a bridesmaid and her partner. We would have loved the rest of the families to come out for our special day but they cant for varying reasons. Hence why we are having a UK reception when we get back.

We will be having about 12 guests. Right now it's up to 10 and 2 more are expected to book soon.

For me the smaller the better, that way , i get to have the private reception i want .

It was supposed to be 38 but I think it's like 45 now.  Most of them are in Jamaica.

For our May 14th wedding at Sandals Grande Ocho Rios in Jamaica, we had exactly 10 guests, plus my husband and I.....and it was just perfect for us! 

 

We never felt like we didn't get to spend enough time with anyone, and with a smaller number of guests, I was able to get a little more elaborate with the OOT/Guest Welcome bags to thank them for coming, than I would if I have dozens and dozens of guests, you know?

 

And just a few weeks ago, we had our AHR/stateside reception with 60 guests and were still able to celebrate with everyone who couldn't join us in JA -- it was great!  (Actually, when I was trying to go around the party and say hi to everybody at the AHR, I kept thinking, "Geez, I'm glad not EVERY ONE of these people came to Jamaica!  It would have felt like a crazy circus to me!"

Final tally is 44, including us. We had planned on a smaller number, but since I have 4 brothers and 3 sisters.....it adds up fast I am so excited!! It has been 2.5 years since we have all been together. Start the PARTY!!
