Creative Thank You cards

Does anyone have any ideas for cute/creative thank you cards?

 

I did passports as invites and can't do boarding passes (friend did that) but still want to do something cute.

 

any ideas?

What an awesome site!  I just printed out the "will you be my groomsman" cards.  They are a RIOT!

I saw somewhere where the couple took a picture holding the words "thank you" and then had them printed on a post card or a card to use as a thank you note.
